• Compliance with Laws: Ensure all products and services comply with applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Items: Not list or sell illegal, restricted, counterfeit, or prohibited items on the platform.
• Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill orders in a timely manner and communicate clearly with customers regarding order status, delivery, and any issues.
• Customer Communication: Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers through WhatsApp and other channels.
• No Unsolicited Communications: Not engage in spam messaging, unauthorized marketing, harassment, or any form of unsolicited communication with customers who have not explicitly opted in.
• Content Ownership: Ensure you have the right to use and display all content (images, descriptions, videos) you upload to the platform.
• Business Operations: Operate your business in compliance with all applicable business licenses, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements.

4. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers or networks connected to the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access or interact with the platform
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform's functionality

5. Account Registration and Management

To use our platform as a seller, you must:

• No credit card required for the trial period

After the trial period, continued access to the platform may require a subscription. Terms of subscription will be communicated separately.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, features, functionality, and content (except user-generated content), is owned by SellLocal Online and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant SellLocal Online a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

SellLocal Online acts as a platform connecting sellers and customers. We are not a party to transactions between sellers and customers. As such:

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers
• We are not responsible for the fulfillment of orders, delivery, or payment processing between sellers and customers
• Sellers are solely responsible for their products, pricing, customer service, and order fulfillment
• Customers are responsible for verifying seller information and making informed purchasing decisions
• We provide the platform "as is" and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellLocal Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
